Once enrolled, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access, download, and save a digital copy of your Savings Card. You will also receive your physical Savings Card within 9-12 days. If you do not receive your card, call 1.866.SKYRIZI (1.866.759.7494)
If your card is lost or stolen, please call 1.888.857.0636 to deactivate your current card and request a new one. Requesting a new card will not impact program benefits. New cards cannot be issued until the lost/stolen card is deactivated.
*Nurse Ambassadors are provided by AbbVie and do not work under the direction of your health care professional (HCP) or give medical advice. They are trained to direct patients to their HCP for treatment-related advice, including further referrals.

Savings Options for Patients on Medicare
With Medicare, you aren’t eligible for the Skyrizi Complete Savings Card, however, there are other ways to save. You may qualify for the Extra Help subsidy* or other assistance. Check eligibility:

If you are unemployed or uninsured, SKYRIZI may be available at no additional cost to you through myAbbVie Assist. See if you qualify.
