For SKYRIZI infusions:

1. Tell your infusion provider (this could be an infusion center, your doctor's office, a hospital, or other location) that you will be using your Savings Card.*
2. Give your infusion provider the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statement from your health insurance so they can submit it to Skyrizi Complete. You can also submit your EOB yourself ▸
3. Once the EOB is reviewed and the claim is approved, the appropriate funds will be loaded onto your Savings Card.
4. Give your infusion provider your Savings Card information to complete the process.

If your Savings Card is not working or for questions on how to use it when working with your specialty pharmacy, call Skyrizi Complete at 1.866.SKYRIZI (1.866.759.7494). Help is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, except for holidays.

If your Skyrizi Complete Savings Card is lost or stolen, contact AbbVie Access Support at 888.857.0636 to deactivate your current card and request a new one. Requesting a new card will not impact program benefits. New cards cannot be issued until the lost/stolen card is deactivated.

To find how much of your SKYRIZI prescription may be covered by Medicare or Medicaid, reach out to your Nurse Ambassador by calling 1.866.SKYRIZI (1.866.759.7494).

You will get your SKYRIZI infusions at your doctor's office, infusion center, hospital, or other location. Your doctor and your health insurance company will choose the site that is right for you.

An infusion may take at least one hour for moderate to severe Crohn’s disease treatments and at least two hours for moderate to severe ulcerative colitis treatments.

Once you've completed your 3 infusions, you may inject SKYRIZI subcutaneously at home (after proper training by your doctor, as prescribed) or at your doctor's office. You can inject at home using the SKYRIZI On-Body Injector (OBI), which you will get from your specialty pharmacy.

If you have any questions about SKYRIZI, the OBI, or managing your chronic condition, your Nurse Ambassador is always there to help. They can show you how to inject, either in-person or virtually. The infusion may cause side effects so it’s important that you arrange transportation to get home. We recommend arranging to have a friend or family member pick you up from where you receive your infusion.

The On-Body Injector is a device that allows you to give yourself SKYRIZI subcutaneously (an injection beneath the skin). You will get your OBI from a specialty pharmacy.

Four weeks after your last IV infusion, you'll start using the OBI. You will inject yourself with the OBI every 8 weeks, as prescribed by your doctor. After preparation, each injection takes about 5 minutes to complete. A healthcare provider should show you how to properly inject before you start injecting on your own.

A specialty pharmacy distributes medications for people with serious health conditions requiring complex therapies. The complexity of these medications may be due to the way they are administered, their side effects, or the conditions they treat.

If you plan to inject at home, you’ll get your OBI from a specialty pharmacy—which pharmacy depends upon your prescription insurance coverage. Ask your doctor which specialty pharmacy your prescription is sent to.

You play an important role in making sure your medicine arrives when you need it. Your Nurse Ambassador can help you understand the specialty pharmacy process and show you how to inject, either in-person or virtually.

You have support every time you inject at home. You should receive your first treatment using the On-Body Injector under the supervision of a qualified healthcare professional, so you can be properly trained for using it on your own. They will help you choose an injection site and guide you on the proper injection technique and how to use the injector.

No, the On-Body Injector does not stay on your body permanently. You will remove it after injection is complete, which usually takes about 5 minutes.

Expect a call from your Nurse Ambassador within 24 hours after signing up for Skyrizi Complete to help you find potential savings on your SKYRIZI prescription. Your Nurse Ambassador will be your main contact throughout your SKYRIZI treatment. Please be on the lookout for a call from a number outside your contacts so that you can connect as soon as possible.
