Starting Treatment With The SKYRIZI On-Body Injector (OBI)
Understanding your SKYRIZI OBI treatment schedule
Starter Doses
You and your doctor have decided that you’ll use the SKYRIZI On-Body Injector (OBI) for treatment. Before your first starter dose, you'll receive training from your healthcare provider or from a Skyrizi Complete Ambassador on how to self-inject your SKYRIZI treatment using the OBI. You’ll self-inject each starter dose (2 injections per dose) either at home or in your doctor’s office according to the schedule below.
Maintenance Doses
After your starter doses are complete, you’ll continue your treatment with a single OBI self-injection every 8 weeks starting at week 12, as prescribed by your doctor.
Here’s what will happen next:
You may get a call from a SKYRIZI Complete Ambassador and the Specialty Pharmacy. It’s important to answer these calls and save their contact info—this will help ensure your medication is delivered on time and you have the support you need.
After these conversations, you’ll be ready to:
Track your medication delivery

Know who to contact if questions come up

Before your first starter dose injection, there are a few important steps to help prepare you for treatment.
Important: Answer the calls from the Skyrizi Complete Ambassador and Specialty Pharmacy and save the contact info – this will help keep your medication delivery, support, and treatment journey on track.
Delivery
You'll get your SKYRIZI from a Specialty Pharmacy. When it arrives, make sure it contains 2 OBI devices and 2 prefilled cartridges.
Storage
Store your SKYRIZI starter doses in the refrigerator until 45 to 90 minutes before your first injection.
Prepare
Before you inject, get training from your doctor or an Ambassador. Watch the OBI training video for additional guidance.
