Each dose consists of one 150 mg/mL injection beneath the skin.

Skyrizi injection timeline: 1. Your doctor prescribed skyrizi. 2. Starter doses: 2 starter doses will be administered at the beginning of treatment, usually at your doctor’s office (#1 in week 0, and #2 in week 4). 3. Quarterly doses: you and your doctor will decide where you get your quarterly doses, either at home or at your doctor’s office (#1 in week 16, #2 in week 28, #3 in week 40, and #4 in week 52)
